macOS lets a window exclude itself from screen capture at the system level. Tellie sets that flag on its own window. Anything that captures your screen composites the desktop without Tellie in it, and gets whatever is behind it instead.
That is a property of the window, not an integration with any particular app. So there is no list of supported apps, no per-app setting to configure, and nothing that breaks the next time a video conferencing tool ships an update.
In each of these, Tellie is not in the picture. The call, the file and the screenshot all get the desktop behind it. Because the window excludes itself from any screen capture, this holds for any conferencing or recording tool, not a fixed list. Common examples:
