No. Tellie stays on your Mac's own display and is excluded from screen capture, so it survives mirroring, extending, and the recording the conference makes. This is why it works where a second monitor full of notes does not.
Neither one hands its speaker notes to other apps on macOS, so Tellie cannot mirror them the way it does Keynote. The workaround is to paste the talk itself in as a script and mark the points that matter.
